The past 2 days have not been my best. I’ve been eating bad stuff because it was taking my mind off my emotional problems. Now tgat everything is better, I can get back on track. I have a stats exam today so I decided to sit outside the library, drink coffee & clear my head. Back to Almased, healthy food & the gym guys. I promise!
My workout tonight was proof that I haven’t worked out in a few days. It wasn’t as good as it could have been, but I’m glad I finally got back to the gym. I ate quite well today and I just finished my whey protein :)
I had quite the spring break! I had an entire week with no school or work so it was great. I did have a few slip ups, but my mum eating healthy made it not so hard to stay on track. I’m back at school so that means back to my healthy habits. I’ve done well today and I’m getting ready to meet my friend for dinner. Back to the gym tonight too so that should be fun. have a healthy & happy Monday!
I lost another pound! It is definitely true when they say health is 70% food and 30% exercise. I made sure I’ve been eating well and pacing it throughout the day with my Almased. I’m down to 164 and I feel great! have a happy & healthy Thursday!
I was at the store last night and I found Sweet N Low chocolate syrup. Sugar free and 10 calories per serving! Finally something I can add to my Almased shakes that’s not super unhealthy. I went for a 30 minute jog around my neighborhood then made the following shake:
6 scoops of Almased 1 cup skim milk large cup of ice 2 tbsp chocolate syrup 1 banana
I didn’t really lose any weight this week, but that’s okay. I haven’t been eating bad and I’ve been working out every day. Perhaps its muscle. Either way, I’m not too mad. I can see a difference in my clothes so to me that’s all that matters. have a happy & healthy Friday! :)
that means weigh in! I know the number on the scale doesn’t mean anything but I do want to know if I’ve had any progress this week. That also means I’m going home for spring break! Hello 10 days of healthy eating with my mom!
then when I got back to my dorm added my Almased powder to it. I usually have a little over 30 minutes between class on Thursdays and I drag drinking Almased with just water. This way I can make sure I drink it all with plenty of time to get prepared for lab :)
and I LOVE it! I get to finally go home for spring break tomorrow so tonight that means I must:
finish any homework that’s due the monday I come back do laundry pack go to the gym
I love knowing that 24 hours from now I will be working out, getting ready, going to class then it’s back home for 10 days! have a happy & healthy Thursday! don’t get discouraged, today is a new day :)
I realize whenever I try to fall asleep I have these really intense cravings for healthy food. It’s so weird. Like right now I really want tomatoes, avocados and sushi. I mean i’m glad it’s only healthy food I want, but it’s really strange.
It’s a bag habit I’ve had for as long as I can remember. Along with getting healthy I also want to stop biting my nails. If I’m working towards a beautiful body I also need to work on my hair, skin and nails to look good as well.
and you know what? I’m not angry at myself. I realize if you get mad at yourself with every little mistake, you’re going to go crazy. Sure I could have went without eating them, but I wanted to. That doesn’t mean I’m going to gain 10 pounds or have to workout 5 times as hard to burn them off. For me personally, I stick with my good habits if I cheat a little every once in a while without making myself feel guilty. Perhaps that’s why I’ve stayed on track for so long.
Yesterday I gave myself a rest day because Friday I did my morning workout and had a long night of dancing at a party. I can honestly say I’m not a fan of rest days. I feel like I’m missing something in my life. I have 5 days until spring break and I’m super stoked to go home. I’m bringing home all my workout clothes so I can go on morning jogs and do some on demand workouts with my mom. So after I do laundry and finish studying for my Developmental Psychology midterm it will be gym time. have a happy & healthy Sunday :)
