slightly disappointed
So tonight’s workout wasn’t as good as it could been. My left calf is in a lot of pain so I couldn’t jog as fast as I wanted to but I still got my 30 minutes in. My new yoga pants fit! On the 19th I bought a pair of yoga pants from Victoria’s Secret in a size medium, which I always buy, but I bought a pair that didn’t have the stretchy top. long day
So my long day is finally over! I completely forgot to drink my Almased shake for lunch so I jazzed it up for dinner with some soy milk, frozen banana and a spoon of Nutella. So delicious! soy milk
picking up some soy milk after class to spice up my dinner Almased shakes! I normally mix it with water but for two weeks that’s going to be a bit boring. I decided for at least one shake a day I’m going to use half soy milk half water and a small banana and blend them together. I’ve done it with skim milk before and it’s delicious!

This morning I decided to do things a little differently.  30 minute jog & 10 minute walk on the track 30 tricep extensions 30 bicep curls 30 lateral raises 30 front raises 30 shoulder presses  I do the elliptical a lot, but I need to start mixing things up.
