30 Day Challenge: Day 13
Day Thirteen- Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way? Definitely a healthy way. I make sure I eat enough calories for the day and workout. I don’t do any of those crazy diets where I eat 300 calories a day or binge and purge. I want to lose the weight the right way so I can keep it off and be proud of my accomplishment.
I realized yogurt & granola with a side of fruit keeps me awake better than cereal and a side of fruit. imagine that! definitely switching my breakfast choices from now on.
30 Day Challenge: Day 12
Day Twelve- What do you normally eat? I normally eat whatever healthy stuff the caf is serving. I love cereal so I usually get that and fruit for breakfast. I usually make something healthy in my room, like tuna. For dinner I try to make a salad and soup but if I don’t like the soup I’ll find a healthy alternative.

Every time I go, I eat pizza. I seriously need to stop doing this. I just have to realize it’s not the end of the world and have to do better tomorrow. I can do this :)

Day Ten- What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.” The hardest thing I gave up is Ramen and junk food. My roommates and I used to eat it all the time because it is so easy to make. Junk food always there since I’m in a college dorm but I’ve gotten better at avoiding it.
